Cranberry Salsa

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed, drained & chopped
  • 1/4c minced green onions 
  • 2T jalapeños,cored,seeded and minced
  • 1/2c sugar ( I use coconut sugar–its better for you)
  • 1/4c fresh cilantro
  • 2T finely grated fresh ginger root
  • 2T fresh lemon juice

Pour over 2 pkg cream cheese
Serve with crackers or chips
